Important Note:
- None of the products are stocked in Origin; all are imported upon order and verified payment. Delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +971-586987389 to check stock and pricing before placing orders.
- For order cancellations or refunds, a 4% platform fee will be deducted if stock and price are not verified beforehand.

- Material on the site is owned or licensed by us and unauthorized use is prohibited.

Errors:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders listed at incorrect prices or calculated incorrectly, even if confirmed.
Warranty:
- No express or implied warranties are made on products. We are not liable for any damages or injuries arising from use. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Return & Refund Policy
GENERAL
- Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery.
- Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Visors must have their protective film intact.
- Merchandise that has been used (including signs of wear, bugs, dirt, smells, pet hair,scuffing, or mounting) cannot be returned.
- Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned.
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt and issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- My Superbike Store may deny returns if items are deemed non-returnable, and such items will be sent back to the customer.
FAULTY / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Contact us within 30 days at INFO@MYSUPERBIKESTORE.COM if you receive defective or faulty goods.
- Upon confirmation, a return label covering the cost of the item(s) will be provided.
Size Selection
- Important: All orders are imported on demand. Please refer to the sizing chart meticulously before placing your order.
- Size Exchanges: We do not permit size exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Damaged Goods
- Report any damaged goods immediately upon receipt.
- Keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible.
- Claims for damaged goods are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist you with these claims, but please be patient as the process can take time.
Returns Process
- Email us at info@mysuperbikestore.com with your reason for return.
- Ship the item via courier to our address at your expense.
- Email us the tracking information.
- We will follow up once we receive the item.
Please keep your return tracking information, as MYSUPERBIKESTORE.COM is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your return is processed.
